The American way of justice I believe mirrors the country. Smoke and mirrors with no substance. Money and prestige rather than truth and justice motivate most juries. It is how much you have, who you are and your ethnic origin that determines the verdict. There is an old adage in law-enforcement; If you're guilty ask for a jury trial. If you are innocent ask to be tried by the judge.
Like the downward spiral of the ethics of our country so goes our law.
I will never forget that I am an American, fighting for freedom,
responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles
which made my country free.
